HIFU (high-intensity focused ultrasound) is a non-surgical lifting treatment that delivers focused ultrasound energy to deep skin layers to stimulate collagen and tighten. At LuxSkin it takes 30-60 minutes with no downtime, and results build gradually over a few months.
HIFU reaches the same deep support layer addressed in a surgical facelift, triggering new collagen to lift and firm the brows, cheeks, jawline and neck, without touching the skin's surface, so there's no recovery time.

HIFU results typically last 12 to 18 months. The lift develops as your skin builds new collagen over 2 to 3 months and keeps improving up to 6 months. Most patients repeat the treatment about once a year to maintain the result.
Most patients see a visible lift from a single session. Skin with more laxity may benefit from 2 to 3 sessions spaced a few months apart. Dr Dineli assesses your skin and recommends the right plan at your consultation.
You feel brief warmth and a deep prickling sensation as the energy pulses reach the deeper layers. Most patients find it very tolerable, and any tenderness afterwards is mild and short lived. Comfort measures are available for sensitive areas.
No real downtime. You can return to normal activities straight away. Some patients have mild redness for a few hours or slight tenderness over the treated areas for a few days, but nothing that stops daily life.
