Endolift is a minimally invasive laser treatment that tightens skin and reduces small fat deposits from the inside out. A fine optical fibre is placed under the skin to stimulate collagen and contract tissue, performed by Dr Dineli under local anaesthesia, with no cuts or stitches.
A hair-thin laser fibre is inserted under the skin and gently heats the tissue, stimulating new collagen and tightening from within while reducing localised fat, great for jowls, jawline, neck and under-chin. Many patients see tightening right away, building over 3-6 months.
